Suggestion headline: Adding offline money transfers to different accounts

Why should we accept this: Well, when someone make/create event (On forums) transferring money in game is pretty hard for some people because of different timezones. Also, If someone wants to transfer money from his main account to his alternative & he don't have 2 PCs or stuff. I'd make it easier for everyone.

+1, when LSRCR has done this for DPs, I don't think In Game Money will be a headache for them.
