The Army Sky Guardian Ribbon in awarded to those who have 100 confirmed kills of suspect who is in a plane or helicopter (also applies to an aircraft that's on the ground and which has a suspect or suspects in it).

100 kills is just an example, suggest your own amount of required kill if you know what it should be!
