That is just a sick reason to give '-1'. Well If not all players have 1250 score they will be more active and try to earn it harder for it. Fokin +1 for this suggestion. Hope it gets accepted in next R-version.

+1 it would make the server more enjoyable and interesting. And also, it may bring the happiness to those who haven't got the chance to join any of the both factions (SWAT and Army).

+1 cop hunting already happens in the server, it's fun to do occasionally. However Terrorists can be used as more of a diversion to keep cops busy while players rob or do whatever. Army gets a tank and hydra so just remove the /su requirement for those in terrorist skin. (Only if wanted orange/red)


Also the terrorist must cause alot of chaos (like robbing stores and other things to get wanted, kidnapping police officers and holding them hostage) to try to get the attention of the police force and police get extra payroll for stopping a terrorist attack. (Which means most terrorist players have to be dead or in jail)

It has to be a group thing though, more organized like swat and army.


Have the other banks in SA open for the terrorists to rob. All go in bank, type in a command and they all get wanted level with a higher chance for cash. (As in not enough players it fails and all you get is a wanted level)


As for limitations, only allow a max number of players to be in terrorist skin at once. I'd say 10 at most. Also make the score minimum of 3000 so that way you have to really earn it. It isn't that hard to get score honestly.
