Ban reason: ban evasion

Defence: To be honest with you,i know that i am ban evader and make another account is not allowed.However i want you understand my situation.......My first ban was (fail to report a ban evader who was "BAWDY"),but when i got this ban i was a noob player and don't know that i should report him,also i don't know what is ban evade.So i made a lot of accounts.Now i hope you understood and consider my situation and make a good decision.
Your notes:
