Suggestion: Cop lights for any supported vehicle
Explanation: You should be able to put cop lights on any vehicle you are driving as a SWAT member, for example Infernus, Turismo and other vehicles which could be some spawned ones you found or your owned vehicle.
Reason: I think we should be able to put our cop lights on any vehicle we are driving because we aren't always using our Sultan, and what's the purpose of these cop lights if we don't use them? I think we should be able to put them on any vehicle you wish and of course there would be restrictions like, Some rank+, restriction within the rules that you may only use it for it is intended for and not give free cop lights or something and that would, I hope solve most of the abuse if there will be.

I know the reason is quite lame but in all seriousness, we aren't always using the Sultan, sometimes we are using other vehicles and we need to have an indication that we are SWAT members other than a cyan name and a black/cyan car. I think has also been suggested already a long time ago but eh, whatever.

Moreover, you could even make it so when the player leaves SWAT skin his cop lights disappear, I think this already happens with the sultan(?)
