Suggestion headline: Adding "Events & Market" moderators.

Why should we accept this: Well, I've seen MANY events & bids are completed but are still not locked. Making someone or giving moderation rights for "event & Market" section to someone will make it better, Like when the event/bid is finished he/she should lock that event topic instead that keeps on getting bumped again and again with silly post.

I agree the forum should be cleaned up more. Will suggest this to an ASA.
