This topic will help you about how to report a rule breaker.
There could be couple types of rule breaking

Hacker:

If you see a hacker, the best way is to take a recorder program. I suggest ''Fraps''. Try to record him hacking and make sure your proof is okay. After this you can report the hacker to the staff members. Run the command ''/report {ID} {REASON}''. Make sure there is an admin online and you can make sure by running the command ''/staff.'' After there is staff members online, then simply wait for it they will ask you about it and they will take care of it. I don't suggest bothering them. In the other side, if there is no admin online, make sure you report the following player in the website. you can report him.

Hit for no reason:

If someone hits you without reason, so you have done nothing to him, then you can report him. Run the command ''/report {ID} {REASON}'' to report him to the online admins. Anyways you chill out and you don't spawn them. Also you can report on them on the website if you were recording them before and after they placed a hit contract on you.

Insult:

If you are offended by getting insulted by someone then simply take a screenshot to him insulting at you with F8 and report him in the website.

Cuff for no reason and never uncuff:

I know i get angry too when this happens to me. I am sure the player which does it to you is a newbie. This means that he does not know the rules yet. I suggest you to try to tell him not to do that, then reporting him. If an experienced players does so, then report him with a screenshot in the website by pressing F8.

Unfair admin:

Whoooooow chill out mate, i know how it feels when you get banned for something which is unfair for you, but Ls-rcr admins would never try to harm players just because. Anyways an admin can do mistakes and if you are sure he is doing so, forum PM him in the website and tell him your story. Trust me, admin will take care of it and will apologize if they made a mistake. Also if the admin may not agree, you might report him to senior administrators.

Keybind:

To report someone for keybind, make sure he has keybind for real. Many players has a really fast chat speed and may look like keybind. Anyways if you are 100% sure he is using keybind, record him so and be smart and fast. Or if you can't record report him to an admin.

Admin part is fake, every administrator that has done something wrong in my opinion has NEVER admitted their mistake and just carried on with living. Instead report him to Glenn or another (Assistant)Senior Administrator.

than it falls under harassment not insult. An insult is a one time event but harassment is continuous insults along with other things to deliberately harm/offend another player.
