Defence: hello dear admin i am STarC and i got banned for ban evasion which i didnt did thats my brother hujat who always join and ban evading i was having 1 account STarC and i got banned because of him as we are in same ip in same home i want to play samp so thats my request from you guys please unban me i am not ban evader.Thanks to all

I am sorry, then.

You are responsible for your own IP address and he shouldn't have to do that in the first place.

Anyways, I'll let the banning administrator (Veran) look into your appeal.
