1) Why did Admins punish people for the exact same thing?
2) When did Admins stop to punish for the exact same thing?
3) Why did they?

All of those 3 answers were actual during last month.

How does this answer to any of my question. Give me reason why'd Admins punish something what is "not in the rules" and what is "not abusing" or "ruining other's gameplay"?

I guess Guntimer had no idea that it's allowed to jailevade, so he punished a player. That's all.

So posting these pictures here or anywhere else won't change anything regarding accepting the suggestion or not. If the admins want to disallow quitting after breaking the cuffs, they could of have accepted the suggestion from a long time ago.

I think you should forward these questions to a senior Admin and not me.
