I get what you mean, but you cannot implement that concept in San Andreas. So to balance this problem I suggested my ideas.

Not that I want to fight with you, but I am a bit ignorant, what are those ways you are talking about. Also this is an RP server, which should be as close to real life as possible, but in balance. Getting robbed, then arresting the robber and not getting the money back is not realistic. Its either they implement the value of stolen money as a bonus in the paycheck, or let you get the money back once you AR the robber.

You can rob stores, be a trucker, sell items or weapons, sometimes you can ask for the money back depending on the one who robbed you, be a bounty hunter (whenever I hit I try to hit 10K but only if I have that in pocket at the time) also you can be a taxi.

There are more things to do than just be a cop to get the cash back.

As a salesman I make 10k each sale since I've soled alot of items. Sometimes you have to hussle to get to your clients but if there are alot of police online camp at the station and sell in the safe area :3

As a trucker deliver organic goods to SF and medicine back to LS until you can deliver alcohol back to LS.

Rob casinos and shops in LV the four dragons doesn't require c4 but calligulas does

Make sure to carry wallets and corks too.

Selling weapons? Well team with people and cop hunt, they always need weapons sellers if they didn't donate for a VIP package.

You can also do side jobs like sell food out of the hotdog truck or deliver cash to the ATMs in the bank secuircar.

Those are just a few ways that I've made lots of cash with time and patients.
