Why should it be accepted:

Yo, there are alot of newbies playing and they can't understand English well. So, they just invite his friends and speaking his language in the main chat.
So, we need a team which when any one speak a foregin langauge and he knows how to speak it, he can write in the main chat his langauge and first thing he learn him /pm so he can tell him rules etc.

Any one can apply in this group , non tagged and tagged members.

I mean that's not a bad idea but the translater team also has to help them learn English so they can communicate with others who don't speak their language.

Also a trans is a transgender so don't trans list will confuse some LOL might wanna change the CMD

When i was newbie, i could't speak English well, so i was breaking the rules alot "i'm thetop in warnings list" hm, so any other newbie will /q because he can't understand.

Community does not need players which are too lazy to learn simply English. It is not hard to enter all rules in the google translator in case you are too lazy and ignorant.
