Explanation:make 5 restock cuffs to ranks pfc+.
Reason: so im pretty its heepend to you if you're alone at skin and you chasing like 2 3 suspects you try to cuff all of them but they bc so fast,,and boom you're without cuffs.
+swat cuffs are easy to break so its worth a try.
