I doubt that anyone was offended after he did that. Also, he did not break SWAT rules but server rule (not sure about this too).
This could be solved by /sm, let's not argue about something that is really not needed for. He is your teammate and you are his teammate, you both should help yourselves in order to win the world :)

No action will be taken, in case you two have problems with each other, I am always here to help you to get along, we're family.
