Why should it be accepted: It would be more roleplayish if someone could choose an accent like British, American,Italian accent etc and when they are in /rpmode and roleplay, it would be like ''[Lsrcr]GalaxyGeri (British accent): Hey how you doing?''.

If you know in actual (heavy) roleplay servers, they have that, but it more adds it itself when you choose where you're coming from when you start a new life as a character in GTA.
Well like, generally, maybe, but like, we're going into RP mode, we don't know anything until we meet the guy.
I mean, it would only be cool having it as prefix; e.g: (Russian accent) <name>: text
