Why should it be accepted: When a player joins the server for the first time it would say a message like this: ''Welcome for the first time [PLAYERNAME] to Los Santos/Roleplay Cops and Robbers. V.8.1 R31''
This would help the newbie feel better and more welcomed.

Lol, that's actually funny. Why would you add something like that when half + of the players here are hostile and immature as fuck not helping anyone but just being cancer all the time? It's like adding a misleading message. New players here aren't feeling welcomed at all, especially from some wannabes [LSRCR] tagged members.
