If you hit someone with an M4 in the head, which is pretty easy due to it's high rate of fire, he dies in an instant. There are many examples but I don't think it's required to say them all.

Dude, you can't headshot with UZI or Tec for obvious reasons. Just one thing, one uzi/tec pellet hardly damages 5% of your armour/health.

You will only be able to headshot someone with sniper, if they finally implement that.
