You should take screen-shots in such moments because you turned on your /tspawn at wrong time. How can alber or we know that whether you turned it on before or after? The reason for taking the proof is to defend yourself. The other thing which comes in my mind is that, you were aware that you will be reported by alber and that's why ypu were trying to pm him, so you didn't think of saving the chat-logs or taking any kind of valid proof, because chat-logs can be edited.
So, I'm giving you some more time either to prove it or apologize from Alber, if he's okay with it then I shall be lenient with you.

I did some investigation and came to know that, you turned it on after the kidnapping part. I will strictly advise you not to do such kind of thing in future again, because we can never know without the proofs whether you are right or wrong. Consider this more like a verbal warning, also talk to alber about it.
