A Note
We've been doing Newspapers straightly for a week or three now making the deadline of Wednesday, even a bruised finger with much pain didn't stop us. Sadly this edition did had a delay due to a problem that was making it unable for me, Robin, to do anything.
My school Laptop which I define as my 'Acer', 'Blue Shit' or even 'Lagtop' fried a part of it's RAM slot. I'm happy I would post this just two days after the deadline, assuming that I had to get an entire new Laptop from somewhere. Enjoy reading this edition of the LS-RCR Newspaper!
News
Money Glitch

Most might have noticed that Criminal, ToPMaN, AyeBenz and Abdul all got banned for something related to 'Exploiting money glitch' and/or 'not reporting a bug', Abdul was so far the only who got unbanned.
Firstly, I've noticed after multiply people posting screenshots of their wire transfer logs that they all look exactly the same. Assuming that everyone sees the same, these are real performed wire transfers but they aren't just shown to the sender and receiver but to everybody.
People reported bugs informing that they lost their money, the cause of this is unknown.
For now we'd like to advice everyone to avoid making any kind of wire transfer, just none. This includes buying houses or selling them.
Derby Server

Assistant Senior Administrator Absynth announced that the Derby Server will not be re-opened. A lot of people where very exited about the entire project but as of recent issues it it nearly impossible to resume development of the Derby Server. At least the Staff tried and we appreciate that!
All this aside, it would be more logical if Drastic announced it. For now we'll assume that there's no status update about the Derby Server.
Army Revision

The S.A. Army account announced a total reform, but it just doesn't make sense, April Fools day huh...
Interiors Removal

Lsrcr's Head Administrator, Drastic has recently announced removing all custom/special interiors for all houses except for groups' ones, a refund is initiated and a free interior change as well, this is expected to lower the house value greatly, and there's lots of comments from players sad about this decision, and some didn't get a refund yet.
New Group

It is seen that yet, another group is created, it goes by the name of Pyromathics, replacing the Bikers group, led by Adidas, It is mentioned that it would only open after getting a base, and they also didn't decide what type of group would it be, can this group compete with the other groups? especially when all the groups that we already have contain almost everything!
Pagati Changes

Recently, the Pagati Consigliere, Sunday has announced the replacement of Jensen for the Underboss rank, they chosen Trojan for the job, the announcement also contained demotions and kicks for the lack of activity, it is also mentioned that they are going to add another Underboss when the member list hits 50, he thank the members for their activity, along with the base being almost over.
The YouTubers

The LSPD United sub-group named The YouTubers has been removed from LSPD United itself. The YouTubers had their own sub-forum inside the LSPD United one. The reason of the removed was not because The YouTubers would get their own Forums, no, due to the huge amount of negativity against the group the LSPD United Staff has decided to remove it. The Recorder (leader) of The YouTubers, Geri (GalaxyGeri) has not given up despite of this and has decided to resume the group in an unofficial form.

You forgot to mention that the way they abused the money bug could've sent the LSRCR economy into a permanent recession.
In fact, I think when the server updates it may even go directly to 9.0 instead of 8.2 kinda like how a bank cheating scandal in like 2013 resulted in a direct leap from 7.1 to 8.0.
