I'm all up for the idea except this part:

You gain score and $ by killing cops/army/swat

To explain, this is a server with a cops and robbers genre. For me, that means cops chase the robbers, and the robbers... well, they rob. And evade the cops. That used to be the thing back in 2010 or so, probably because straight /ar was still allowed at that time.

Now, you might be thinking 'oh great, here's the old times talk again', but listen to me first.

From what I can see, the community's gradually adjusting to the idea of letting the criminals fight back the cops, and to be honest; that basically botched the whole concept of a CnR server. You might as well have made two factions, named them 'cops' and 'criminals', and let them wipe each other out. To elaborate it any further here would probably lead us off-topic, so I'll leave it at this (might continue in the General Discussion forum, if any of you are interested).

Anyway, that's just my 0.02.

About 1200 score, NO. Alot have that score and it would split peoples with more score from peoples with less score. Anyways another reason is that me personally got most of my score from police and someone with 1200 score may have no idea how to play civilian etc. We should:
1: Make applications for that.
2: A member which wants to join can request it and he can get denied or accepted without getting tested.
So at all i am negative for this. Do not get offended tho.

A score limit is fine.
