It's annoying to get teleported to random player's car for a kidnap. -1

A lot of things are annoying, like getting teleported to swat car and then waiting 5 minutes to play again

SWAT drag criminals to the jail. Kidnappers kidnap everyone, just rethink.

It's same like your suspect who is cuffed and in car /q and come back and he can play like nothing happened, would you like that?
