Why should it be accepted: Add that you can't place a Hit Contract on a player while nobody is in Hitman skin. Doesn't makes sense to hit a player when there isn't any hitman in-skin.

Sometimes I join in Pagati skin, beside my ridle of /staff /pglist /armylist I typ /hits, sometimes it's empty sometimes there's a hit or two.
