[Server] Expanding shock gun charges / limiting taze

Maybe add an emergency jetpack for criminals.

You reminded me of GTA 5 and calling a friend to drop boxes of weapons. This definitely should be added for criminals, a box where is minigun.

There are rules, it's not like we can taze you as much as we want. Taze spam is reportable. -1

In first place tazer is here also to protect us (LEO) from shooting danger.I have to said that I realized much players complain about using tazer to prevent shooting on me.Simply when I am alone and for example I have low HP and in that case only 1 wante dplayer with armour is enough to kill me.I rarely use /taze and /ar thogether,only in case I am get anoyed by that player.I usually use /taze to prevent other wanteds to shot me and OP me.I think you need to realize that mayn parts of our server is real life related let say it's 70%...Ofcourse there is things which are not normal in real life and happends only on server.But we are concentrate as much as we can on real life.So SHOCKGUNS....you can only be thankful they are here on our server,because nowhere you can see suspect shocking cop since it's abnormal and even if happends that will be big mistake by suspect and he will be dead before he could even use any kind of electric shocking products.Yet you people complain about tazer although you have shockguns to shock us.And as Demon mentioned we can't taze no one and nowhere as much as we want.There is rules about it.And let me remaind you tazer is much useful when you as LEO get attacked by group of cophunters and in other cases where are much more criminals than LEOs.
