Samp freezing :S

Yo guys,i need some help.
Whenever i enter a vehicle my samp freezes,what should i do :S :S

Option 1: don't enter vehicles.
Option 2: remove mods.

I had re-installed my samp due to Bass.dll error then i installed HD vehicles which caused the game to freeze but i reinstalled,its working.
