Well, I've realized that his level of loyalty is very low. He has been in many groups and left all of them which shows that he is just unloyal guy. Also, during my SWAT game play with him, he was so impatient during the events and he didn't listen to high ranks so I don't know how would we deal with this guy if he will keep being unloyal and impatient.
