Changelog topic

Suggestion: Add a some kind of changelog/SWAT updates topic to SWAT Forums.
Explanation: I'm suggesting this because I haven't been able to find this kind of topic. I remember when pagati had their pagati updates list where they summarized how the group was changing over time. I think this would be good for SWAT too. For example, a member leaves SWAT and server tomorrow, and he decides to return six months later. It would be useful to have this kind of topic to be able to stay up to date with all the changes that happened while he was inactive. I myself didn't know that there were retests while I was banned until other SWAT members told me about it. It would also be a nice topic to see how exactly did SWAT evolve as a faction over time.

As for leaving itself, it is all in SWAT databases (SWAT staff+ can read this info).

About changelogs, it just an extra job for me, I don't find this really needed at the moment as you can always ask me if you are unsure about anything
