Why should it be accepted: As my first suggestion wasn't good enough, because tagged members might abuse it, i thought to be added an ''Event Hoster Applications''. In this forum, tagged members would apply for it and if they get it, they have rights to make event, they can spawn cars and stuff ONLY in the event world. The event advertise would be in /news. This time, there shouldn't be money to create the event, but of course the event hoster pays the winner. Anyways there can't be more than one event and the time and a player can only create an event once in some days.
