Suggestion regarding the /rp command

I am +1 on suggestion

Raming is valid /rp reason to issue a ticket from someone.I recive an admin PM before few days about this,and he said to me to use roleplay reason.I asked Drastic about this and he said I can use /rp (id) raming an officer or officer car,because as first raming is roleplay word and many cops use that world in real life in police pursuits for example.
But ofcourse I can recognize much cops use /rp command for abuse with no sense reporting reasons.So I think we should do something about it.

Thing is though, when a new player joins, the first thing he does isn't reading the rules on the forum. They wont do that until they get like 1000ish score.

You could say "I see you improperly using /rp, if you have a forum account go look in guides, if no forum account then go make one."

Thing is, It wouldn't work. Because such a solution would require staff to be online 24/7 and watch the already fast moving chat for any invalid /rp reason in the police dispatch. What I am suggesting is fundamentally your solution, however without a human having to type it. Rather, there will be an automatic text popping up on their screen, explaining how to use /rp correctly when someone types in an invalid reason to the /rp parameter. Another problem is language. Around 05:00 till 10:00 CEST is the peak hour for Filipino players. They usually use throwaway accounts, they play in internet cafes... Basically many of them will never reach the rank of Captain and many of them don't speak English very well. Because they don't speak English very well, or at all, they end up misusing, not abusing, the /rp command. This is why we should limit the /rp function to captain, or at least another police rank. By the time they reach Captain they have at the very least acquired a basic understanding of English and if they still do it wrong it is easier to correct them. Regardless, reasons like "tk", "dm" "kil me" should not be used in /rp so we might aswell block it.

Damn I really hate newbies now,I'm not sure if they are newbie or not but how he know /RP command, I guess we should remove /rp command,I hate abusers for sure.

I won't file a report about this since it can be dealed ingame,and they still do it again .foking :3
