Well, Realize and I were driving through LS.
SpineL came with hunter and whops, out of no where the car started burning. Realize is a good driver and he is absolutely sure that he didn't hit anything.
To be fair towards SpineL, I zoomed in at the end with slowmotion. Yes you can't see the hunter shooting, but thats an effect bug from samp. Had already another video from an other army member who did the same, and u just saw me losing health and the car started burning.
(I know his name and the guy who was with me)

I accuse him to break the following rule:
You may not use the Hunters weapons (minigun, rockets) against suspects who are on foot and on the ground or on top of a roof top.

Since I was at the scene I was driving through LS then somehow the vehicle managed to go on fire and there was no-one nearby, but ofcoruse SpineL was in air with the hunter. SpineL was not admitting to what he done and I even said be honest, yet he continued saying, "I didn't shoot". Me as a higher exsiting rank I thought I will handle it myself, unfortunately he wasn't cooperative and kept denying it even though I gave him a chance.

I hate to disloyal my team-mates, but you left me without a choice! :/

i never fired a shot from hunter u must've hit something because your car was burning black when i started to follow you, so you must of been hit something to burn your car totally. Don't you think that with your mods my shot would be more visible? look how your gun is flaring when you shoot, mine is waaay stronger since is considered as minigun so it would be visible! i never fired a shot if i would even mistakenly since it can happen i wouldn't argue with you. I watched the video closely and it seems like you have been shot but look at the last second, my heli was way to downwards to even fire in your direction, plus there is something else i would like to point out, the blue blip (cop) looked all the video like he was in the same hight as you - on the ground, but when you jumped off the car his blip turnes into a triangle which means he has to be higher and mybe he shoot you but u didn't notice it since you attention was on me, i watched video numeros times and im still positive that i never fired a shot. And that red that looks like you've been hit thats only the fire from the car since realize drifted around the corner. i never fired a shot!

Also if you turn away with your hunter like 70° degress you can hit with the minigun.
And that the effects buggs sometimes isn't something new. When you hit someone with the sniper on a higher range where u cant see his name, blood won't show up.
I try to find the other video from an other member who abused the hunter, there u saw it as well on a short distance.
Well, what I want to say is, the minigun is extremly accurate and it doesn't matter if you watch directly at me cause it has it own 'aimbot'.
And the cop you mean was inside my base and it wasn't possible to hit me also from a higher angle, because there is nothing in the mid where you can watch over the walls.. and the car started burning later.

I don't think realize has a reason to lie here, since he meant to me that he will look closer on me (I had laggs, was flying around in his view while we fought)

Im not claiming anyone is lying im just saying i didn't shoot. And i was checking that place out you have balcony and stairs which are fairly low and it looks like you are more in. And since its not that much hight difference with you standing on sultan and him standing there the blips might look the same, because if he wasn't higher then his blip wouldn't change after you jumped off the car since he didn't move. I still think you must've hit something but its possibility that he sniped you from far since your car was smoking black and one shot just might've done it.

well that blip thing we checked and it looked like he was really more in but im still sure that i didn't shoot and on the video its not seen that i shot and thats all i got to say.

It's really hard to judge with your mods, as I see, it's your own shots that damages the car (it happens sometimes), not the Hunter's minigun. We would see the bullets if he tried to do it! If you have any other proof to share, share it. Otherwise, report will be closed.

Well, alright.
In the case that I dont have more proofs and it's really hard to decide (btw. sometimes it doesn't show the muzzle flash, dont forget it:p)

Spinel is a mature and experienced Army member and Training officer who wouldn't make this kind of stupid mistake surely.
