Disabling /lock on Vortexes

Actually, we can't eject them,when we want eject him "only terrorist can use this" and we freezer can't eject,so I guess senior should remove that freeze,so we fair enough and let the vortex here.

No, I just tried it with Kane.

If no one is inside the Vortex, you CAN'T try to jack, it will say "Only Terrorists can use this!" when you press Enter / F.

If someone is inside the Vortex, you CAN try to jack, it won't say "Only Terrorists can use this" when you press Enter / F, but it'll say it when you're INSIDE the Vortex after jacking the player.

So, this suggestion is pretty important. Hope it gets added.

Pretty sure 2 days ago I couldn't jack someone because his Vortex was locked and I was infront of the Vortex, are you sure?
