Removing Vortex, #2

Terrorists' vortex should've been removed for months.

+1 to Kaosx' suggestion.

Vortex' isn't really that big of a deal, there are plenty of ways to counter them.

It's not a suggestion tho..., Drastic has announced it months ago lol

Ok even if it doesn't have auto-aim. So what? You can't deny that Army still has the most OP vehicles in the game. You can't possibly escape a Hydra,Hunter or a Sparrow shooting at you because you will get killed without even getting out of the vehicle,let alone defending yourself. The tank has 10k HP which is simply ridiculous to begin with when it can destroy everything with 1 or 2 shots.

Dear God Shaco,do you have Army expirience....If no I rather not spoke about something I don't have expirience with.Yes we have all those vehicles but thing is there is rules for it.Vortex users don't need to abide single rule.You think that vehicles is easy to use.With tank you can catch red suspect if he is on foot and there is no vehicles arround.5 seconds is enough warning time for someone to enter house or simply to enter vehicle and drives off while we need to wait 5 seconds.I agree to limit tank HP to 100 if we made it that we can shot orange suspects and every other suspect with out using /su command,and also if we made it to drive fast enough to cacath infernus or any other fast car,and if we made it to fly in air too. Hunter is only aviable to suspects in air/water-most of them on ground.Most wanteds hiding in tunnels from hydra,do I need to continue?

I don't have army experience but everytime i'm wanted and an army member chases me i face the same consequences and the same death. Either he comes with a Hydra,Hunter or a Sparrow and die with one explosion without even trying to defend myself or exit my vehicle. Of course they are easy to use comparing of what criminals drive. Sometimes i'm lucky and i make it to a tunnel or an underground parking but it's a very rare occasion.

The vortex is the only vehicle with a slight advantage that a wanted player has to defend himself with. If we decide to remove it we'll be reducing another way for criminals to escape or kill the law enforcements. With all due respect,I just don't understand how army can't handle it when they have every tool and every vehicle that this game has to offer. Being a normal police officer might bring up a challenge since they have no special commands or vehicle to take it down but they can either team up with other cops/SWAT/Army or move on to another suspect.

Let's say we will add rules. What kind of rules would you suggest we add to the vortex? And even if we add these rules don't you think that the reports will increase as a whole since they will be broken constantly? The report section is already spammed with reports and adding a rule for the vortex will add more fuel to the fire.

Keep in mind that the vortex costs 3DP per month. If we remove this we will be losing a slight donation to the server.

Of course I am not for removing it definitelly I am -1 for that....But I think everyone should donate for it self instead of joining group.I have nothing against anyone who donate for vehicle and use it no matter how difficult can be to take that vehicle down,everyone have right to enjoy or have some advantage in-game for some period if they donate for server,that's okey for me.

People should be able to buy it for DPs, not for groups.
And Shaco, the army vehicles have rules that restrict a lot of various shootings, unlike the vortex. That's the whole problem

Drastic already announced that they're no longer allowed for groups and that they'll be replaced by another vehicle.
I think the Terrorist Staff is just hasn't agreed yet (they're making it take as long as possible so they can keep it).

my opinion is to let it be as it is . because not so many players have vortex and also its a trick to take vortex down. and fighting a guy who's in vortex is fun as leo .
