Notes(if any): So actually, HITMAN_CONTRACT was wanted inside the Terrorist base, and he was shooting both ChickenMcNugget and me through the gates. We told him to come out, but he just ignored us, he didn't say a word. Even his teammate (Vinny_Chenzo) tried to open the gates so he can come out/we can go inside but he was closing it again and again. What he just said was 'I love kill mastro'. He did it many times and not just once, and when I definetely managed to go inside (after getting killed by him), he entered the dueling arena so I won't even able to do anything. I want to say that I am not the only one who thinks that HITMAN_CONTRACT is excessively breaking the Terrorist rules, but even his fellow teammates. His attitude is terrible and he someone should talk to him. (He was insulting me even in the main chat just because I was arresting him, acting like a kid)

Slide note; Nitin already banned him (one day ban) for abusing the gate, but it would be better if you guys can also take an action against his moves. I think there's enough proof.
