Notification for your post getting quoted+1 more small thing

Suggestion headline: Add at the top, at the bar where you can see "user control panel, messages, view your posts..." also one that notificates you everytime someone quotes your post.

Why should we accept this: Lots of times when someone quotes my post I really wanna see that because it's often important because of arguments and such and makes no sense to check all your posts you posted last 5 days.
That "1 more small thing" is having an option before you post something, to enable or disable being notificated if someone quotes that post because sometimes you post posts that you know they won't be quoted(like application votes) or don't even care if they get quoted I think this is going to be really helpful, lot of other forums have this notificater and it's a nice thing.

Indeed, I'd like to see this added, But I'm not sure if PhPBB has this feature.

I'd like to see the forum be updated to https://invisionpower.com/ (IPB) but it's not cheap nor is it easy to use.

Never tried to transfer posts over from PhPBB to IPB so I don't know how easy that'd be, same for a user database.
