"You can't rob/rape someone that just came out of jail"

Suggestion headline: Add a feature that when someone comes out of a jail, he can't be robbed/raped for 5 seconds.

Why should it be accepted: I don't quite think a lot of you here think this is important but it's actually just like with "you can't rob a nearly spawned player"(ofc its unfair). It doesn't happen a lot, but once i came out of jail and instantly got robbed good chunk of money. He knew i didnt have a lot of time left and he just waited at the place where i come out. Even tho it doesn't occur that often, it should still be forbbiden and it's option removed as its unfair, again, just like not being able to rob/rape on a nearly spawned player.

yes, i know its not that same a thing, but still.. its stupid and unfair. so yeah, we are going to be obliged to get wallet if we want to get wanted, cuz look, we come out of jail and boom, there goes our money.
