As for the challenges and whole requirements system i think that's going to change alot here.
None is experienced as Kaosx, soo only he can lead that system. Since he's not here we all have to work as team to find a new way/new system.

Will all be fine after it's being discussed with the SWAT staff, you should not worry that much about small things.
The commanders don't need people at the moment who keep on making this kind of topics, simply because they are doing their best for it to work already.
I think that first of al the general administration should be clear for them ( like testing, picking a HWO etc ) before proceeding to SWAT's extra's like the challanges.
