+1 but I think that other people will again start with same thing - that SWAT is already OP and it's impossible to escape

+1, I strongly support this suggestion but in order to avoid comments like "SWAT is already OP" I think the suspect's time in jail should increase as much as the time we take to grab him to jail (since we dragged him until he is arrested). For exemple, if we take 40 seconds to grab the suspect to jail, the jail time should increase to 100 seconds.
Note1: SWAT members won't take more than 50 seconds to /drag a suspect to the nearest Police station's checkpoint.
Note2: SWAT members can't chill while the suspect is in the car. It's written in the rules as you know.

Some members could just stop vehicle every second and say they are talking to someone via /pm...
Also, sometimes it depends on your vehicle. It is not same if you take suspect to checkpoint using some slow car and Sultan/NRG... Maybe it should stand only for SWAT vehicles?

Let's not give -1 just because if this will be added or not. Use +1 if you want this in the game or -1 if you do not want this (reason why)

It'll be hard to keep this under check. Adding more rules would complicate the entire problem.

The drag itself costs time as well, this is what I personally see as the "extra" time SWAT gives a suspect so i'm not supporting this one.

+1 i agree
because we arn't cops, it's so hard if you are in swat skin to jail criminals we should take the car and make it near-by the crim to catch him, and we have to go to the red marker, so in this time while we are going to the red marker. sure he'll use /bc and if he got uncuffed we will go back to chase him and catch,
