In Ls-rcr, i define riot as an event where a group of criminals camp on a specified location to survive in the location as long as possible and to kill as many Law enforcement as possible, while the Law enforcement officer tries to take all the criminals down. I've been participating in many riots as both cop and criminal. Riots were usually 15 minutes until 1-2 hours long, depends on the participants.
Recently, people are starting to make their own unofficial riot. Their riot looks totally unorganized. Everyone rushed, fuck around and kill their own teammates on purpose. I got insulted for arresting a riot with 2 participants :| , army got insulted for being too OP :| :| , riot finished in 30 seconds after a group of cops arrived :| :| :| , etc.

So, i decided to make this small guide to help people hosts a good, enjoayble riot.

Step 1 :
Create a Personal Message Group (/createpmg) and invite the participants to join the group. It will be much easier to communicate with other player using this method. Invite people you already know first before you invite strangers. After you managed to collect enough players (5-6 players is recommended), you should discuss the riot location with your group.

There are lots of good places for riot, such as :

<> Jefferson Motel , located in Jefferson.
It has only one entrance, and lots of covering position for the criminals. The location is indoor - vehicles and sprinting can't be used inside the building. This location is considered as the best location for riots.

<> Old Army Carrier, located in Ocean Docks.
The location is isolated from the land, making it impossible for the cops to enter the ship without using air vehicles.
However, this place is very opened, making it very vulnerable to air vehicles and snipers.

<> Commerce Atrium, located in Commerce. (Near Montecity Casino)
The location has a very large indoor area. There are plenty of covers and spots around the building, so this place is not a bad option.
There are 2 entrances in this building, so you have to guard each of them.

<> Other Places.
Any interiors, with small entrance, long hallway, lots of cover and large indoor area is good for riot.
Try to avoid riot in an open-air location, since any opened location is vulnerable to air vehicles and snipers.

Step 2 :
Decides the jobs for each participant. Each jobs has their own roles.

<> Weapons Dealer
Riot is not a riot without guns. You need them to re-stock your armor and ammunition.

<> Drugs Dealer
You need drugs to re-fill your health. Use /takedrugs 1-5 to fill your health up. Using more than 5 grams is a waste.

<> Private Medic
Instead of drugs, you can also use /medic to ask a medic to heal you.

<> Salesman
Not really necessary, but chainsaw is pretty useful for melee battle and injections can be used to substitute drug if the drug dealer is out of drugs.

<> Bounty Hunter
Bounty Hunters are able to take free weapons from LSPD. If all roles are fulfilled already, this job may be used.

<> Other jobs
Their skills won't be much of use in the riot, so the others are not recommended.
Note : Do not use rapist skill.

Recommended composition :
2 Weapon dealer, 2 Drugs, 1 medic, 1 salesman.

Step 3 :
Regroup at the specified rioting location. Try not to call the cops to come before you're ready.
When you arrived at the location, distribute the weapons, items and drugs to each other. When you feel you and your teams are ready, rape each other to get wanted. You may then announce the riots on the mainchat and /911.

Step 4 :
Tactics and strategy differ to different riot team. You should make your own strategy so the riot can last as long as possible.
There are few things you should (not) do during the riot.

<> Find a cover and a good shooting position. Don't share the position with others if the position is too small. You may harm your teammates, find your own cover. Don't block your teammates crossfire either.

<> Try not to rush and storm the front line alone. Rushing will break your team's defense and formation. You're very vulnerable when you're rushing and you can get killed accidently by one of your teammates if you run into their crossfire. Usually cops (like me) will arrest those who rushes.

<> Check your health and armor frequently. Take cover if you're low on health, and take some drugs or ask a medic to heal you. Don't force yourself, you are not a rambo.

<> Different weapons for different situation. Use M4, AK-47, Rifle or Sniper Rifle for medium - long range clash. Use Sawn-offs or Deagle if the cops are getting near. If you're not really good on sawn-offs or Deagle, Tec9 and Uzi is effective for short - range clash. Try not to use chainsaw and rush around if the cops already break the defense line. Chainsaw may disarm you if you accidently hit your teammates, use it carefully.

<> Official riots prohibits both cops and criminals to use rape, rob, taze, cuff, arrest and shock. As for me, a riot with these commands is no longer an event and i usually arrests the participants.

<> Work as a team. Listen to the leader's command and try not to screw things up.

Step 5 :
Good luck, have fun.
