Remove 'Kaosx' Challenges

Suggestion: Remove 'Kaosx' Challenges.
Explanation: -
Reason: Well 'Kaosx' used to do half of the challenges, and after he left. The challenges probably not going to be in use, so we should remove them and think about new challenges. What do you say about it guys?

I don't get it. Why duties can't be separated per ranks? Some rank can take care of requirements, some of challenges & achievements, some of applications... I think we could keep them if CresP agrees because these challenges are very great. Back in time, when we had old challenges, they were just too easy (e.g. drag a wanted suspect on NRG-500...). I don't have any ideas for the new ones, but I suggest to keep the current ones.

I don't think 'CresP' or the members can do the ''Challenge Challenges'' thing. Maybe we should remove some of the challenges that 'Kaosx' create.

CresP always says he is trying to do SWAT more professional team, so let's see his skills with challenge challenges. He can always create his own route and find his method of doing these challenges.
