According to Reddit postsYou can get this outside of the US too, here is how:I didn't try this, so I am not sure if this actually works ^^
On your amazon account change your location to a US address, then buy the game, since its digitial nothing will be sent to that address, you will get your code on your email.
Then switch your address back and youre done.
Ive done this many times, works like a charm.
