Try poping off the keys gently to see if there's any phisical damage or food crumbs that would block the path. If you can't see anything out of the ordinary then ether buy a new one or take the keyboard to a circuitry expert/computer shop and have then evaluate your keyboard.
I did but still not working..

More suggestions please...

Well the keys are attached to little copper wires and sensers. I'm thinking that if none of the suggestions worked then I'm thinking the little sensors need replacing. If you know someone who's good with small wiring maybe you can ask him/her to take a crack at fixing unless if you have small tweezers and can possibly gently take it apart and see if they are disconnected from the sensor, or maybe they shorted out so you'd really ether need to buy a new one or agian have someone attempt to repair it. but also check the green mother board looking thing for any melted or damaged pieces as well.

Just buy another PS/2 Keyboard surprised anyone even uses these anymore and hasn't upgraded to USB. I have one of these still hooked up to my WIN2000/WINME pc from the early 90's ( I was just a wee little child) and it still works like a charm and it's been through hell! hope you get a new as as fixing it wouldn't be worth the $

My guess is maybe the keys got warn out or "died" as some people say

Usually when that happens it's just easier to replace it than deal with all the small parts.
