Your suggestion: Electrical Weapon disable

Explanation:we're getting normal reasons of why wouldn't something be added into the game back in days, it will be more realistic if we had this weapon , we must have something better, we will have the ability to use it to catch the crimnal's car , only SPC+ Can use this weapon.

Reason: Would be more interesting and fun.
