Suggestion headline: If you're muted, you're still able to do /b and /w , but it will be showed only above your head and not in mainchat like " (WHISPER)Car: I am best in driving, bettter than kaos hahaa " , for example.

Why should it be accepted: I understand when someone spams mainchat with just messages or with /news or with /do or /me or something like that that spams mainchat, but why mute even for /w and /b? You still see in mainchat (whisper) and (OOC) ? Well you can just script the way so that it can be that you won't be able to see (WHISPER) and (OOC) in mainchat, but you'll be able too see at the top of the head of the guy that's muted and that used /w or /b. That way you'll be at least still able to communicate at with /w and /b because lot of times it's annoying when you can't communicate by absolutely NO means. If someone spamms with /w and /b, it won't get showed in mainchat and it won't be annoying. So this would be very helpful. Also, it's useful for rp-ers.

Neutral because there were times players /w shit to me and an admin who saw it muted them for reason /stop provoking
