He was airborne in a heli and I engaged him with my Hydra. After that, he got off on that building and started shooting at me.
It was a mistake from my part. I thought that once I engage a suspect with my hydra, I can finish him even if he got out of the flying vehicle.
Also, I misunderstood the word "ground" in this rule:-

You may use the Hydra to engage the most wanted suspect only when they are on the ground after using /su and waiting for the timer to expire. Remember to make sure no innocent players are near-by or anyone who isn't the most wanted suspect.

I thought I can engage suspects on foot with hydra instead of on the ground.
I realized that it was a rulebreak and I've already apologized to Ukrainebackasali.
Once again, I'm sorry. It won't happen again.
