True.

This bug is reported on March 17, means more than 3 months ago and still no response.

THIS HAPPENED TO ME 10 TIMES IN A ROW TODAY AND I JUST STOPPED TRYING TO DRIVE A VEH AND QUIT THE GAME

This BUG Happens when you entered the car... Ever since it was restarted It didn't got fixed!.....
But i have a tip::Try Typing when you are entering in a vehicle.....
