yes cuff time should be decreased to 20secnds, why always use /bc and get wanted for cuff abuses and why wait 30 secnd for a cuff abuse and by the way if a cop cuffs wanted he can use /ar in just 2-5 secnds :D and it doesn't take much time to search players too so i think cuff time should be decreased to 20secnds.
