Here I corrected some of your incorrectnesses(is that even a word?).

Heliblade: I know you hate heliblading, but it is really easy to escape from it. Simply don't shoot at the helicopter while he is close to you. When he is close to you, try to run at any bulding, or any place which the helicopter cant fit. After he is to far away from you, shoot him. This tactic, doesn't have a lot chances giving you an arrest, but a kill.
It's not true at all that you shouldnt shoot at the heli when he's trying to heliblade you but rather run to achieve distance and then shoot at him. Yes, you aren't going to shoot it with m4 lets say, but why not s/o? you just run, 2 shot , run, 2 shot, run, 2 shot.. You'll be extremely mobile, therefore making it pretty much impossible for them to heliblade you while s/o will deal huge damage to helis and you'll blow them up in a split second. s/o is in fact the best counter for helibladers. Actually the closer you are to them the harder its for them to heliblade you. Because you'll be running like a rabbit around the helicopter shooting at him all the time with 2 shot while he'll struggle to coordinate the blades.

Cophunt: If some criminals are cophunting and you are solo, it will be hard for you to get all of them. Anyways, DO NOT GO WITH A BIKE/CAR to them. It will get you killed. I suggest taking a helicopter and heliblading them all at the top of the car. This worked for me only once.
If some criminals outnumbered you, they outnumbered you, don't expect much. The heliblade technique is a good try, but not really that great at the same time. It'll work only against really careless(or unexperienced) players or if there's a lot of them and you have good chances of heliblading lot of them. In any case, they will most probably use technique I mentioned. Everyone will run like rabbits and 2-shot you with swanoff and you'll explode in a blink.
Other options: 1.Run for your life or 2. Run at them and try to get /taze ready by means of typing /taze (id) and then just press escape so that you can t+enter really quickly, and copy-paste cuff. Or even not use taze at all but try to get ready /cuff (id) so that you can t+enter by way of comin at them with a vehicle jumpin out, and quickly cuffing them. May not work, but if you're fast enough, it can work. Ask Carl_J. XD He dies in a second when he approaches 5 crims, but in a half a sec he already sends one crim to alca :D

Other ones were ok I guess.

I do this, running away, while you run, keep shooting with Uzi. Or stand extremely close to it so you can 2 shot it easily.
