No i don't see i's a better idea If all Players Have Problemes and question the Ba will me a quetions Section !

Are you sure an admin will answer to your query on that board if (s)he doesn't do that through forum PMs? We have Support Tickets, usually thin players just PM an admin and/or create a topic in the bar.

Not needed, not to mention that it have been suggested before.
