FPS drops..........................

If the weapon has no spread it's evidently easier to aim, it is not allowed if it removes spread.

I believe he means he wants a static size crosshair - The bullets should still work the same.

I believe this mod stops the crosshair from expanding outwards when spraying using an smg for example. But I believe this would also not be allowed as it's giving you some advantage over some players.

did you manually install sound mods(means by editing the audio files and replacing some of the weapon sounds.... etc) or you downloaded a sound mod pack ?

Manually..
I used Alci's SAAT GUI FrontEnd for moding sound.. Replacing each mod for other one..

That may cause FPS drops? rly?

Okay.. So.. Another problem which I've just discovered ingame.. Look at this bullshit

Everytime I enter in water, my FPS limits up to 48 FPS from some unknown and unlogical reason.. Also, while video is going on, also pay attention on my CPU & GPU load in % and you can see that my hardware DOES NOT for sure causes this fucking problems..

This is what I was talking about... But.. this case is only in water for now.. My standard FPS drops are happening usually on land or in air..

However, please watch this video carefully and conclude by yourself what the actual FUCK is going on there...

Hey Dimitrije,probably the issue causing this is your mods?
I have a solution for this.
Backup all of your mods and re-install the whole gta sa in a new folder (without mods)
If that fixes the issue,probably your mods are causing this.
Try to do what is manually place your previous mods (1 by 1) Into your game and you'll find out what mod is causing that issue.
