Why should it be accepted: Lots of times when I am being chased by LEOs, I like to surrender. Normally I would just go out from my vehicle and /handsup. The LEOs (mostly do this as a friendly gesture) just shoot me to death, rather than of arresting me.

It would definitely be a +1 for RP

Logic:

Implement a (/forfeit) command. When the user forfeits, health can't be reduced and the player stays frozen in place.
The user must either: be out of a vehicle to use this command, OR pulled out of the vehicle.

I always surrender myself to Law enforce and I love it. This should be definitely added.

P.S: Actually it is the same as /cuff but the difference is that the player cannot escape.

This would be a great addition to the game in my opinion id like to see it be incorporated as long as it can be done with little to no bugs. +1

If you surrender, you should get a smaller punishment than normally arrest.
