Why should it be accepted: Well break is a regular crime like /Rob and /rape etc. And when you successfully rob or rape, you get 1 score. So why not for /break as well?

I didn't read corectly.My bad.Then little suggest: I anyhow support this but it should be restricted how often mechanic can brake car.He should not be able to go from car to car and do /brake in order to get score and abuse command.
