If you want to know how to use the answer box just type these down

["ans][/ans"] to shadow the text type ["shadow][/shadow"] Note: Don't put the " I only put those so the commands are visible.

Edit: If you are talking about the quick access BBC list it's not there, a lot of the BBC you have to manually type. So for those two just type it manually
